Five firm members have gone on to serve as judges in what is now the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, while another served as a Federal Magistrate for the Southern District of Florida. The offices are also occupied by the firm’s affiliate, Treasure Coast Title & Escrow, LLC, formerly known as Treasure Coast Abstract & Title Insurance Co.. The Firm’s history is the longest of any law firm of the Treasure Coast and Central Heartland Regions. The Firm’s long history has as its genesis banking in Fort Pierce. It commenced in 1905, the year St. Lucie County was created, when Fred Fee (Sr.) opened his law office, initially providing services to the commercial and banking interests of his father, Frank H. Fee, Director and CEO of the Bank of Fort Pierce, incorporated in 1893.
